What is the impact of temperature on the color change?

Generally, the lower the temperature in the environment, the slower the tape will react. Temperatures below 0°F (-17°C) result in an exponentially longer response time, possibly even months/years. In higher temperatures, the color changing process is accelerated. Temperatures above 350°F (176°C) are  known to break down the chemo-chromic pigments over time, deactivating the ability for the tape [...]

Is there a relationship between the concentration of hydrogen and the time it takes to change color?

Yes. The graph below visualizes the relationship between the hydrogen concentration and response time in a consistent environment. However, due to several field variables including temperature, pressure and leak rate,  this graph may not accurately represent your environment conditions.
